How long is the warranty period for the electric bike?
Cybervelo all-model electric bikes come with a 2-year full-scale warranty.
What should I do if my Cybervelo e-bike is damaged during the warranty period?
Please contact our after-sales team, we will help you solve the problem as soon as possible. Describe the problem in detail, and provide photos and videos, so that we can find the problem faster, after-sales team email: after-sales@cybervelo.shop
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days depending on location and carrier availability.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states using DOT-approved hazmat carriers. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are not available.
Can I return CyberVelo products?
Returns are accepted within 30 days only for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. Products must remain unopened and factory sealed due to safety regulations.
